Dennis Bischke recently graduated from the Diakonia program of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, a two-year program of in-depth Biblical and theological study for lay people. Dennis will use this schooling both at his home congregation of St. John's Lutheran Church, Hebron, and at Hearthstone Communities in Woodstock as a volunteer chaplain.
